The Form component helps build engagement by giving readers a place to take action—whether it’s signing up for a newsletter, registering for an event, providing contact information, or some other task you want them to complete.

Tips

  • If the goal of your campaign is lead generation, put the form high on the page.
  • PHP embed code for MachForm is expected; JavaScript embed code will be supported in the near future.
  • Keep it short. Only ask for information that is absolutely necessary.

    This form asks for the user's name, email, role at IU, and perhaps accommodations to RSVP for an event. There is no reason to ask for additional information.

Embed a MachForm

The process is simple: Copy-and-paste the PHP embed code into the "code" field and submit the page.
