The following positions may also use the IU seal on stationery, presentations, websites, and invitations:
- President
- Vice Presidents
- Provost
- Chancellors
- Trustees
- Emeriti Positions
Any use of the seal requires prior authorization from University Communications and Marketing (UCM).
Use your official signature—not the seal
If you are creating formal materials that do not meet the guidelines above, use your unit's official signature.
